Unboxing my experience
The staff was courteous and eager to help, although cleanliness could use some improvement. The location was perfect, right next to local dining options, and the breakfast-in-a-bag was just right for my needs. I would return for the value alone.

I loved the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was big. As for me, the location was convenient, near to a ride service like Uber as well as downtown Pittsburgh.

The room featured two double beds, comfortable but showed signs of aging. The grab-and-go breakfast was simple, consisting of a muffin, apple, and juice. Despite the friendly staff, a lack of cleaning left hair in the tub and some unpleasant smells in the hall, which detracted from the experience. A surprising $50 security deposit issue made for a frustrating checkout process.

The room was warm and outstanding with 2 queen beds, we stayed in all day. The location was favourable and comfy - very close to eating places as well as the forest. The really helpful staff was much appreciated.
There was elevator to be added.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location was super convenient, especially since it was close to the convention center. I enjoyed the continental breakfast with muffins and fruit. Having coffee available 24/7 was a nice touch!

Helpful staff and decent location
I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff , especially Ruth, who went out of her way to assist with our internet issues and made sure everything was okay. The location was very convenient, close to various attractions. It would have been nice to have our room cleaned during the multi-night stay without needing to request it.

Would recommend for a little getaway
Basic room, functional AC, which helped keep us cool , and the free parking allowed us to explore the city without hassle, especially since it was conveniently located near Pittsburgh International Airport.
Everything was first-rate.
